[04-15-2023] San Bernardino County, CA – Two Motorcyclists Injured In Two-Vehicle Crash in Cajon Pass

Two motorcycle riders were ejected from the vehicle and injured after colliding with a black 4-door sedan in Cajon Pass, San Bernardino County, on Saturday evening, April 15, 2023.

The traffic collision happened around 6:00 p.m., two miles before the Cleghorn Road exit on Interstate 15 heading north.

The California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the crash between a blue Harley-Davidson and a black Nissan Sentra automobile. Traffic records show both vehicles traveling too fast before the collision.

The Nissan driver crashed into the center barrier after hitting the motorcycle. The male and female riders crashed their motorcycles into the ground in the fast lane after losing control. The two were transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

The female rider claimed to be talking to rescue personnel. The Nissan’s driver was also taken by ambulance to a nearby San Bernardino County hospital for possible injuries.

The CHP Inland Division is still investigating the collision.
