[04-17-2022] Marin County, CA – 35-Year-Old Man Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Crash Near Mill Valley

According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle struck and killed a 35-year-old man on Highway 101 near Mill Valley on Sunday, April 17, 2022.

The man was standing in the right lane, in the path of a Toyota Sienna, according to police.

According to the preliminary investigation, the driver was unable to avoid a collision.

According to the Marin County Coroner’s Office, the victim was identified as 35-year-old Andrew B. of Lockport, New York.

According to Horner, the driver exited the highway at Seminary Drive, reported the incident to police, and remained on the scene during the investigation. The driver was not hurt in any way.

Drugs or alcohol do not appear to have played a role in the collision, according to Horner.
