[04-18-2022] Orange County, CA – One Person Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash Near Seal Beach Boulevard

According to the California Highway Patrol, one person was injured after a car struck a water barrel on Interstate 405 southbound and crashed into the freeway’s center divider in Seal Beach Monday morning, April 18, 2022.

According to CHP logs, the crash occurred at 8:21 a.m. on the freeway near Seal Beach Boulevard.

The collision resulted in a half-hour SigAlert.

The crash involved at least two other vehicles.

Three lanes of the freeway were initially closed due to the collision. Two lanes were reopened at 8:55 a.m.

The injured person’s condition is unknown.
