An unidentified man was killed after a deadly scooter collision on Wells Avenue on Tuesday night, April 19, 2022.

The victim was riding a scooter eastbound when a southbound 2015 Chevy Suburban traveling on Tyler Street suddenly struck him.

The Chevy driver remained at the scene and willingly cooperated with authorities. Unfortunately, the scooter rider was killed in the crash.

Information about the accident is limited at the moment. It’s unclear whether intoxication played a role in the crash.
