At least three people were hospitalized following a major traffic collision in Moorpark on Thursday evening, April 21, 2022.

A Ford Expedition SUV and a Mazda sedan were involved in the collision. The two vehicles collided head-on for unclear reasons.

Rescue teams later arrived at the scene and found both vehicles with major front-end damage. The two vehicles had to be towed away from the scene.

At least three people were injured in the crash, including a mother and her baby. The mother and her child were airlifted to Los Robles Regional Medical Center.

Meanwhile, the third victim sustained major trauma and was rushed to Adventists Health Simi Valley Hospital.

Local authorities are further investigating the case.
