[04-22-2022] Monterey County, CA – One Person Killed After a Deadly Two-Vehicle Crash Near Chualar Road

One unidentified person was killed following a fatal two-vehicle collision in Chualar on Friday morning, April 22, 2022.

A GMC Yukon and another vehicle collided on the roadway for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been determined.

Due to the severity of the impact, one of the vehicles struck a guardrail and caught fire following the collision.

One person was fatally injured in the crash and was pronounced dead. No other injuries have been reported so far.
