At least one person has been injured following a two-vehicle collision in Turlock, Stanislaus County, on Saturday evening, April 22, 2023.
The Turlock Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and American Medical Response were dispatched to the E. Olive Avenue and N. Center Street intersection for a two-vehicle collision between a white 2016 Hyundai Elantra and a gray 2015 Chevrolet Silverado around 6:15 p.m.
One of the four individuals involved had been confirmed to suffer minor injuries, and American Medical Response transported them to the hospital. A power pole has been struck as well.
Both vehicles sustained moderate to minor damage, were considered inoperable, and had to be towed.
The authorities have not released the identities of the people involved. The cause of the collision and whether alcohol or drugs played a role is still unknown.
The investigation by authorities is still ongoing.
