[04-29-2022] Napa County, CA – One Person Hurt After a Motorcycle Crash at Highway 221

A 52-year-old man from Nevada was hurt following a motorcycle collision at an intersection in Napa on Friday evening, April 29, 2022.

The accident occurred at approximately 5:45 p.m. on Highway 29 at the intersection of Highway 221.

A 2016 Harley-Davidson Sportster rear-ended a 2021 BMW X5 stopped at the intersection, waiting at a traffic signal.

The motorcycle rider sustained unspecified injuries in the crash and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.

The other driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. He was uninjured in the mishap.

An active investigation of the case is currently underway.
