[04-30-2023] At Least Two Critically Injured After a Seven-Vehicle Collision in San Bernardino CityAt least two were critically injured due to a collision of seven vehicles in San Bernardino City Sunday afternoon, April 30, 2023.

The San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the Highland and Del Rosa Avenue intersection around 2:42 p.m. to a traffic collision and requested additional support and five additional ambulances.

The witnesses stated that a vehicle that was going southbound on Dela Rosa Avenue overturned when it ran a traffic light instigating a mass chain reaction of a total of seven vehicles.

The authorities do not yet confirm the total number of injured and the severity of their injuries. Identities of the parties involved have also been withheld.

The cause of the collision and whether or not alcohol or drugs were involved are still under investigation.
