A multi-vehicle collision claimed one life and injured five others in Riverside County, Sunday, May 1, 2022.

[05-01-2022] Riverside County, CA - Multi-Vehicle Crash Killed One and Injured Five in Moreno ValleyAccording to the Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department, the deadly collision occurred at 11:00 p.m. at Gilman Springs and Kevin Roads in Moreno Valley.

The Riverside County Coroner’s Office identified the woman killed in the three-car collision as 26-year-old Faith G.

Five others were injured according to reports.

Grant died at the scene, and four other patients suffered moderate injuries and were taken by ambulances to hospitals.

One patient suffered minor injuries and refused further medical care, according to reports.

Firefighters used hydraulic tools to free at least one patient from the wreckage, fire officials said.

The area is on a remote road between the 60 Freeway and state Route 79, according to emergency responders who went to the crash site.

The authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident.
