One unidentified person was killed following a deadly bicycle crash in a San Jose intersection on Sunday night, May 1, 2022.
The accident took place at the intersection of Capitol Expressway and McLaughlin Avenue at approximately 9:12 p.m.
A westbound 2007 Nissan traveled on the roadway when it struck a bicyclist for unclear reasons. The Nissan driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
Unfortunately, the bicycle rider was fatally injured in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.
