[05-02-2023] One Person Killed Following Pedestrian Collision in San JoseOne person was killed following a pedestrian collision in San Jose late Tuesday morning, May 02, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal collision happened around 9:45 p.m. along northbound Highway 101 near Brokaw Road.

Reports say that a vehicle struck either a pedestrian or a bicyclist, which resulted in the ejection of an occupant from the vehicle.

It was unclear which person was killed, and no further information was released.

Highway 101’s northbound lanes were temporarily closed until 11:55 p.m. the next day.
