The fatal pedestrian accident occurred around 3:16 a.m. on Interstate 10 near the Waterman Avenue off-ramp.
The authorities arrived at 3:27 a.m. and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
It’s unclear whether the involved vehicle stayed at the accident scene or not.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are also unknown.
The deceased’s identity will be disclosed once the next of kin has been notified.
There are no other details available.
The crash remains under investigation.
