[05-04-2023] Los Angeles County, CA – Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-5 Results in Multiple Injuries

Six people suffered injuries following a multi-vehicle crash in Los Angeles on Thursday evening, May 4, 2023.

According to California Highway Patrol and Los Angeles County Fire Department officials, the collision on Interstate 5 near the Highway 14 interchange involved three vehicles, resulting in multiple injuries.

Officials confirmed that five patients were taken to the hospital, two with minor, non-life-threatening injuries and three with serious injuries. Another patient with possible injuries was not transported.

The condition of those hospitalized with severe injuries was unknown at the time of publication.

The authorities have not yet released any further information.
