According to police, a truck struck and killed a worker at a home in San Jose on Thursday, May 5, 2022.
The fatal accident occurred at 7:59 a.m. in the residential area of the 1200 block of Lennon Way.
According to police, a truck was delivering equipment to the home when it struck the worker as the driver was backing up. He was rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
