[05-06-2022] Monterey County, CA – Mother and 2-Year-Old Baby Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash in Salinas

According to the California Highway Patrol, a mother and her baby sustained injuriesAccording to the California Highway Patrol, a mother and her baby sustained injuries after a three-vehicle crash near the 180 block of Kern Street on Friday, May 6.

According to witnesses, the crash occurred around 10:30 a.m. on northbound Highway 101, and a black Lexus went downhill, stopping in the Best Western parking lot.

It’s unclear how the three vehicles got into the accident.

The mother and her 2-year-old child were inside the Lexus, according to CHP. They were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
