[05-06-2022] San Diego County, CA – One Person Injured in Car Crash on Tony Gwynn Drive

According to San Diego Police Department officials, one person was injured after a car collided with the back of a parked box truck on Tony Gwynn Drive on Friday, May 6, 2022.

The crash occurred at around 12:30 a.m. on Tony Gwynn Drive in front of Petco Park.

The car had two occupants at the time of the collision, and one of them was taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.

There are no other details available.

The crash remains under investigation.
