[05-06-2022] San Diego County, CA – One Person Injured in Pedestrian Crash in Pacific Beach

A pedestrian was injured in a suspected vehicular assault in Pacific Beach on Friday morning, May 6, 2022.

According to online reports, the San Diego Police officers responded to reports around 4:00 a.m. near La Playa Avenue and Haines Street.

The Witnesses told police they heard gunshots and a woman screaming in the area.

It’s unclear whether the two incidents are connected.

There are no other details available.

The crash remains under investigation.
