A multi-vehicle crash involving a deputy vehicle resulted in minor injuries in Santa Clarita early Saturday morning, May 6, 2023.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the crash happened near the intersection of Sierra Highway and Whispering Leaves Drive around 3:35 p.m.
Authorities stated that a patrol car made a U-turn when a sedan crashed into the passenger side. Within seconds, another vehicle moving in the same direction collided with the patrol car. The second vehicle crashed into a nearby wall due to the impact.
All people involved sustained minor injuries, and no one was hospitalized.
No other information has been disclosed, and authorities are still investigating the crash.
