[05-08-2022] Two People Hurt After a Car Accident near Westhaven DriveAt least two people were hurt after a two-vehicle crash in Westhaven on Sunday morning, May 8, 2022.

The accident occurred on Highway 101, near the Westhaven Drive offramp, at approximately 9:20 a.m.

A blue Toyota and a white Hyundai collided on the roadway under unclear circumstances. How the accident occurred and why it happened have not been established.

One woman inside the Hyundai was seriously injured, while another man sustained minor injuries following the mishap. They were both taken to an area hospital for treatment.

The identites of the involved parties have not been disclosed. Local authorities are further investigating the case.
