Justice was finally served four years after 22-year-old Frederick F. was killed by a hit-and-run driver in South Los Angeles. The accident happened on April 10, 2018.

[05-10-2022] Los Angeles County, CA - Hit-And-Run Driver Plead Guilty After a Deadly Bicycle Crash Four Years Ago Near Manchester and NormandieThe victim was riding his bicycle at Manchester Boulevard and Normandie Avenue when a white Porsche Cayenne struck him.

Unfortunately, the 22-year-old bicycle rider was unable to survive his injuries and died in the arms of a stranger.

The white Porsche driver did not stop to help the victim and drove away from the scene. Authorities were later able to identify her as Mariah Candice B.

She was taken into custody and charged with hit and run and vehicular manslaughter. She was sentenced to four years in state prison, restitution, fines, and three years of parole upon release from incarceration.
The hit-and-run suspect may receive a sentence of up to six years.
