[05-11-2023] 36-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed After Hit-And-Run Crash in HuntingtonA 36-year-old pedestrian was killed after a hit-and-run crash in Huntington Beach late Thursday morning, May 11, 2023.

According to the Huntington Beach Police Department, the fatal crash occurred around 11:24 p.m. along Beach Boulevard near Stark Avenue.

A 36-year-old man was found unconscious on the roadway. Reports say that the undisclosed victim was crossing the road when a vehicle struck him, severely injuring him.

The undisclosed victim was taken to a nearby hospital, where his current condition remains unknown.

The HBPD Multidisciplinary Accident Investigation Team is investigating to locate the driver.
