[05-12-2023] Nevada County, CA – One Person Sent to Hospital After Two-Vehicle Collision in Grass Valley

One person was hospitalized following a two-vehicle collision in Grass Valley on Friday evening, May 12, 2023.

The Grass Valley Fire Department reported that the crash, which caused one vehicle to roll over, occurred on Bitney Springs Road.

The circumstances that led to the collision remain under investigation, including whether drugs or alcohol played a role.

All occupants of the vehicles were able to get out of the wreckage, but an individual was reportedly sent to the hospital with unspecified injuries and in an unknown condition.

It is currently unknown what vehicle the injured person was riding, how many people were involved, and if there were other injuries.

The investigation into the collision continues.
