According to the Cosumnes Fire Department spokesperson, the accident occurred around 1:35 p.m. along Bruceville Road and Laguna Boulevard.

The child was reportedly hit while riding a bike along Bruceville Road and Laguna Boulevard. The patient was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

Further details regarding the crash and the child’s current condition were not immediately available.

The authorities are still investigating the crash.
