Driving is incredibly dangerous in California. The drivers could have done more to prevent these accidents from occurring. Over 94% of all accidents are attributed to human error.

Injuries sustained in traffic accidents can be excruciating or life-altering, depending on how severe they are. It’s easy for drivers to lose sight of how dangerous their vehicles are because of the high number of collisions.

Multi-car accidents occur when three or more vehicles are involved in a collision. When six or more vehicles collide head-on, it’s called a pileup.

According to a recent NHTSA study, more than 13,000 people were killed in multiple-vehicle crashes in 2010.

Kern County Car Accident Lawyers

A two-car accident is much easier to resolve because there are only two parties involved. However, when more than one vehicle is involved in a collision, the situation becomes more complicated.

It’s more difficult to determine who’s at fault in collisions involving multiple vehicles. Many people could have been hurt if more than two vehicles had collided.

You may not want to put your faith in an insurance company due to the difficulty in determining fault in a multi-vehicle collision. There is no guarantee that you will receive your claim settlement because insurance companies place profit ahead of customer satisfaction.
