The crash occurred on a Wednesday near Stockton Boulevard and Orange Avenue.

According to Metro Fire of Sacramento, the collision involved two vehicles.

It’s unclear what caused the collision, but one of the vehicles sustained significant damage.

According to firefighters, one of the two people injured in the crash suffered critical injuries.

The other person is said to be in fair condition.

There are no other details available.

The crash remains under investigation.
