[05-21-2022] San Francisco County, CA - 82-Year-Old Woman Killed in a Deadly Pedestrian Crash in Golden Gate ParkAn unidentified 82-year-old woman was killed following a deadly pedestrian accident along Golden Gate Park on Saturday, May 21, 2022.

According to the initial reports from local authorities, the accident happened at 37th Avenue and Fulton Street.

The older woman was struck by a passing vehicle under unclear circumstances. How the accident occurred and the reason it happened has not been determined.

The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. The woman was rushed to an area hospital but later succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead.

Local authorities are further investigating the circumstances leading up to the collision.
