[05-21-2023] Los Angeles County, CA – Woman Killed, Four Injured After Two-Vehicle Crash in Llano

A 23-year-old woman named Taylor C. died, and four others were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Llano, Los Angeles County, on Sunday morning, May 21, 2023.

The California Highway Patrol said the incident occurred at approximately 1:10 a.m. at the intersection of Pearblossom Highway and State Route 138.

According to the CHP Traffic Log, the crash occurred between a Chrysler SUV and a Genesis GV series model SUV. CHP reported that one of the vehicles was struck on the side (T-bone collision), and witnesses tried to extricate the individual from the burning vehicle. Tragically, they could not rescue the person due to the intense flames.

Following the incident, the victim was a woman whose city of residence was not disclosed. The crash injured four other individuals, including two children, who were taken to LA County USC Medical Center in undisclosed conditions.

Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
