[05-25-2023] Five People Hospitalized Following Multi-Vehicle Crash Along Fair Oaks BlvdFive people were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle crash in Sacramento on Thursday evening, May 25, 2023.

According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, crews responded to Fair Oaks Boulevard and Munroe Street for an extrication assignment involving multiple vehicles around 6:27 p.m.

Authorities stated that one patient sustained life-threatening injuries, two sustained moderate injuries, and two others sustained minor injuries. All five patients were transported by ambulance.

No additional information was disclosed regarding the collision, including the number of vehicles involved. It is still uncertain whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision.
