[05-26-2022] Alameda County, CA – Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Oakland Results in One Death

According to the California Highway Patrol, one pedestrian was killed near Interstate 580 on Thursday, May 26, 2022.

The crash occurred at 10:42 p.m. near the Interstate 580 West offramp to Seminary Avenue.

The driver of a vehicle blocking the onramp told CHP that he had hit a person and that his car was damaged as a result.

The CHP confirmed the death at 11:03 p.m.
