[05-27-2023] At Least One Person Injured After Multi-Vehicle Collision on Bay BridgeAt least one person was injured following a multi-vehicle collision on the Bay Bridge in San Francisco on Saturday afternoon, May 27, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened on the westbound lanes of the Bay Bridge heading towards Treasure Island at around 12:30 p.m.

CHP officials believe that the crash may have been related to a pursuit and that four vehicles could have been involved.

It is uncertain just how many people were injured, CHP officials said.

Motorists were advised to take different routes to their destinations as authorities awaited tow trucks to remove the victim’s vehicles.
