[05-28-2022] Marin County, CA - One Person Injured in DUI Crash on Tomales Petaluma RoadThe authorities have identified David G. as the victim of a DUI crash in Marin County on Saturday night, May 28, 2022.

The crash occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Tomales Petaluma Road, west of Twin Bridge Road.

According to the preliminary investigation, a westbound Honda SUV crossed the double yellow lane and collided with an eastbound BMW motorcycle.

When emergency crews arrived, Goodman was airlifted to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with major injuries.

The Honda driver identified as 27-year-old Robert L. Jr., was taken to Petaluma Valley Hospital with minor injuries.

Later, the Honda driver was apprehended and booked into the Marin County Jail.

He is currently facing charges of driving while intoxicated and causing serious bodily harm.

Authorities confirmed that the suspect had been released from custody and that he could not be reached at this time.
