[05-28-2022] Riverside County, CA – Two People Injured After a Two-Vehicle Crash in Moreno Valley

Two people were hurt following a two-vehicle traffic crash in Moreno Valley on Saturday evening, May 28, 2022.

The accident happened at approximately 4:45 p.m. in the area of Iris Avenue and Kitching Street in Moreno Valley.

Two vehicles collided on the roadway for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.

Due to the severity of the impact, one of the involved vehicles crashed into a wall following the initial collision. One person was trapped in the wreckage and was extricated by firefighters.

Two people sustained moderate injuries in the mishap. They were taken to an area hospital for treatment.
