[05-28-2023] Three People Killed After Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash Near RosevilleThree people were killed after a single-vehicle rollover crash near Roseville on early Sunday morning, May 28, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a BMW crashed around 1:50 a.m. on westbound Vineyard Road, just west of Cook Riolo Road, in unincorporated Placer County, near Roseville.

Authorities stated that the car’s collision with a power pole caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle. The vehicle rolled over multiple times and collided with a brick gate before stopping south of the roadway.

First responders declared all three vehicle occupants dead at the scene, and the CHP identified all three as 21-year-old men from Roseville.

Authorities have not given any additional information, and it is unknown whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
