One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Folsom early Wednesday morning, May 28, 2025.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred around 12:45 a.m. at the intersection of Golf Links Drive and East Natoma Street.
Responding officers found one of the drivers unconscious and not breathing. Despite life-saving efforts at the scene, the driver succumbed to their injuries and was pronounced dead.
The other motorist involved remained at the crash site and cooperated with investigators. No arrests have been made at this time, officials confirmed.
Folsom police stated that the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
