[05-29-2022] Contra Costa County, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash Near Antioch Bridge Results in Fatality

According to the California Highway Patrol’s traffic incident page, a fatal head-on traffic collision took place north of Antioch Bridge on Sunday, May 29, 2022.

The fatal crash occurred around 10:15 p.m. on Route 160 just north of the Antioch Bridge, between the bridge and State Route 12.

Three vehicles collided on Route 160, and at least one vehicle was said to have rolled over and caught fire.

The authorities have yet to disclose how many were fatally injured or if there are other injuries.

There are no other details available.

The crash remains under investigation.
