[05-29-2025] San Diego County, CA – Female Pedestrian Killed After Being Hit by SUV on I-805

A woman was fatally struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross the northbound lanes of Interstate 805 in San Diego early Thursday morning, May 29, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at approximately 5:20 a.m. when the female pedestrian attempted to cross the freeway toward 43rd Street and was struck by a Chevrolet Tahoe.
