[05-30-2023] Los Angeles County, CA – Man Killed, Another Person Injured After Two-Vehicle Collision in Pomona

A man was killed, and another person was injured after a two-vehicle collision in Pomona early Tuesday morning, May 30, 2023.

According to the Pomona Police Department, the fatal crash occurred around 5:05 a.m. at the 4100 block of West Valley Boulevard.

The collision between the sedan and a “large commercial vehicle” claimed the life of one of the car’s passengers. The driver of the car was transported to the hospital with moderate injuries.

Further information regarding the identity of the deceased was not immediately available.

The driver of the other vehicle did not sustain any injuries.
