[06-01-2022] Los Angeles County, CA - One Woman Killed, Two Others Injured in Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash in Long BeachA multi-vehicle crash on the 91 Freeway in Long Beach killed one person and injured two others on Wednesday morning, June 1, 2022.

The crash occurred just before 1:00 a.m. on the 91 Freeway near Long Beach Boulevard.

Officers from the California Highway Patrol discovered one woman dead and two others injured as a result of the collision.

Investigators discovered that one of the vehicles involved collided with the rear of another vehicle, spinning the first vehicle around and causing it to face the wrong way.

A third vehicle, which was traveling in the opposite lane, collided head-on with the first vehicle.

The woman was believed to be inside the first vehicle when it crashed, and she died as a result of her injuries.

Her identity was not yet disclosed until her relatives were notified.
