[06-03-2023] One Bicyclist Injured Following Collision with Vehicle in ClovisOne bicyclist was injured and hospitalized after colliding with a car in Clovis on Sunday evening, June 4, 2023.

The Clovis Police Department said the incident occurred at 10:21 p.m. at the intersection of East Ashlan and Willow Avenues.

Upon arrival, officers and EMS personnel found the bicyclist with significant injuries. The injured individual was promptly taken to Community Regional Medical Center, and at the time, their condition was unknown, according to Clovis Police Sgt. Jesus Santillan.

The vehicle’s driver in the incident remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

The investigation is ongoing.
