[06-03-2023] San Mateo County, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash in El Granada Results in One Car Crashing Through House Fence, Injuring Two Individuals

Two people were injured after a two-vehicle crash resulted in one car crashing into a house fence in El Granada, San Mateo County, on Saturday morning, June 3, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at 9:02 a.m. at the junction of Highway 1 and Medio Avenue.

The report said two vehicles were involved in a collision on Highway 1, and one of them lost control, crashing through a fence and yard before hitting a house at Third and Medio.

The two occupants of the car that struck the house were transported to the hospital, with one sustaining major injury and the other experiencing moderate injuries.

The CHP is still investigating the crash.
