At least one person was injured following a two-vehicle collision near Willits late Monday evening, June 05, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 10:45 p.m. at the intersection of SR-162, Willits, and Laytonville.

An overturned pickup truck and a badly damaged transit van were found in the area.

Reports say that at least one person sustained internal injuries. The number of people involved and the extent of injuries is still undetermined.
