[06-07-2022] Santa Cruz County, CA – Woman Airlifted Following a Big Rig Crash Near Laguna Road

An unidentified woman was seriously hurt following a traffic collision involving a big rig near Laguna Road on Tuesday afternoon, June 7, 2022.

According to the initial reports from local authorities, the crash happened along Highway 1 near Laguna Road.

A big rig and another vehicle collided on the highway for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.

One woman was seriously injured in the mishap. She had to be airlifted to an area hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.
