A man with four prior DUI-related convictions was arrested after driving drunk and killing a mother of three in a two-vehicle crash on Rialto Wednesday, June 8, 2022.
The fatal collision transpired at about 9:15 p.m. northbound on Riverside Avenue.
The Rialto Police said Richard M., 38, was driving at a high rate of speed when he collided with another vehicle.
The police believe Madrid, who had four prior DUI-related convictions, was driving drunk.
Witnesses also said that Madrid looks so drunk.
The passenger was Priscilla H. the driver of her vehicle, Juan C., was seriously injured but remained stable.
The crash is still under investigation.
