[06-12-2022] Los Angeles County, CA- Two Women Killed Following a Deadly Crash in ComptonTwo women were killed following a suspected street takeover traffic crash in Compton on Sunday night, June 12, 2022.

The accident occurred at approximately 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of Century Boulevard and Hoover Street in Compton.

An SUV crashed into a red Honda at the intersection. The SUV had a green light at the time of the accident.

Unfortunately, the two women inside the Honda were killed in the crash. They were identified as 18-year-old Jennyfer F. from Long Beach and 20-year-old Michelle G. and Cudahy.

The SUV driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. It’s unclear whether the women inside the Honda were involved in the illegal street takeover.

Local authorities are further investigating the cause of the accident.
