A 34-year-old Ventura woman died after being struck during a two-vehicle crash while walking on Olivas Park Drive in Ventura on Thursday evening, June 12, 2025.

According to the Ventura Police Department, officers were dispatched around 8:55 p.m. to the area of Olivas Park Drive and Seaborg Avenue.

The authorities arrived to find the pedestrian with major injuries. She was transported by ambulance to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead later that evening. Her identity is being withheld pending next-of-kin notification.
