Head-on collision victims are at risk of suffering life-threatening injuries. Many injuries can cause long-term pain and suffering, and long-term injuries can last a lifetime. Unfortunately, no one is spared in a head-on collision.

One of the most deadly types of car accidents is head-on collision. A head-on collision is significantly more deadly than other car accidents due to the magnitude of the force involved. A head-on collision between two cars generates a lot of energy. The higher the energy in a crash like this, the greater the risk of death.

Every year, an estimated 5 million car accidents occur in the United States. They are responsible for the deaths of approximately 38,000 people each year. Despite accounting for only 2% of all accidents, head-on collisions account for 10% of all road fatalities in the United States.

Head-on collisions can be caused by drunk driving, distracted driving, inexperience, and even mechanical failure.

Wearing a seat belt is the most important thing you can do to reduce your chances of serious injury in a head-on collision. Make sure your head restraints and seatbacks are comfortable and secure whenever you get into your car.
