An off-duty police officer was killed while his 23-year-old female passenger was injured following a solo-vehicle crash near Table Mountain Casino, Fresno County, on Tuesday morning, June 13, 2023.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred on Millerton Road, east of Sky Harbor Road, near Table Mountain Casino, at around 5:25 a.m.
A Tesla driven by Manvir D. was heading eastbound on Millerton Road when it veered off the road into the ditch, causing it to flip over.
Dhanoa was ejected from his vehicle resulting in his death. His 23-year-old female passenger sustained moderate injuries and was transported by CAL FIRE to a nearby medical center.
It is uncertain whether drugs or alcohol contributed to this incident.
