[06-14-2022] Butte County, CA - 20-Year-Old Man Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Crash Involving SUV in MagaliaA 20-year-old man was killed in a fatal motorcycle accident in Butte County on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.

The collision occurred around 5:20 p.m. on Dogtown Road, north of Skyway.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a 20-year-old Magalia man was driving south on Dogtown Road.

His motorcycle collided with 37-year-old Noelle S. of Stirling City, who was driving an oncoming SUV.

The man was thrown from his motorcycle and pronounced dead on the spot.

The victim’s identity was not immediately disclosed.

The SUV veered off the road and into a ravine.

According to the CHP, the SUV’s driver suffered moderate injuries.

The CHP is still investigating the circumstances leading up to the collision.
