[06-16-2023] Tragic Motorcycle Crash Claims Life of 39-Year-Old Rider at Major Antelope IntersectionA 39-year-old motorcyclist named Jason P. was killed after the motorcycle crashed into a vehicle in Antelope, Sacramento County, on Friday night, June 16, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred shortly after 8:00 p.m. at the intersection of Walerga and Elverta roads.

Upon arrival, it was determined that the motorcycle traveling south on Walerga had collided with a Mazda making a left turn from northbound Elverta Road.

Tragically, the motorcycle rider from Antelope was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Mazda driver remained at the accident site and actively cooperated with the investigation.

The investigation is ongoing.
